Our new primary physician referred us to a neurologist, since Ally was sleeping all day in class every day, to find out what was going on. He put her on some medication to help her sleep at night and a different one to keep her awake during the day. I am so happy to say that she is doing so much better, as you can see for yourself by the before and after photos of her homework below. She never sleeps during class anymore and she is passing math for only the second six weeks of the year.
When Tommy and I saw this paper, the second one, both of our mouths dropped open. She has never written this much or this well. The sentences are coherent, her handwriting is legible and the teacher was very impressed. Usually she rushes through assignments like this because she cannot stand the feel of the paper. She goes out of her way to pull her sleeve down over her hand so she doesn't have to touch it. For her to write something like this is phenomenal and I am proud.

Notice the writing is on the wrong side of the paper.
